Customer Success Manager

Your profile 

You possess a passion for cultivating opportunities and thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking, market research and talk to target groups. As well you bring:

  • Ownership for project success.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master or Product Owner. 

Your responsibilities 

You are an organized person eager to excel in a dynamic role as interface between our clients and our team:

  • You own the relationship with our clients. 

  • You engage proactively with our clients to ensure overall project success.

  • You are handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You are the interface between our team and our clients.

  • You partner with sales to leverage upsell opportunities and ensure client retention.

  • You document your success.

How does the joining process look like?

Application

Once you have applied, your application will be reviewed by our talent acquisition team. If we think you might be a good fit, you will receive a questionnaire to get to know a little bit more about you. As third step we would like to get to know you in person and will schedule a video call with you.

Onboarding

Welcome to the team! Now we will guide you on board. We have streamlined and automized processes throughout the company and aim a lean joining process.  Therefore we strive to complete the on-boarding process within 2 weeks of applying and that you are ready for your first project.
